If you feel stuck in unhelpful narratives, caught in loops of overthinking, or dysregulated in your body and you want to connect with yourself, live with presence and clarity, I can help you.
What is Trauma-Informed Coaching?
One-on-one trauma-informed coaching is for people who feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite break i.e. overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or constantly running on empty. Maybe you find yourself shutting down under stress, or swinging between overworking and exhaustion. Even when life looks “fine” from the outside, inside it feels like you’re always bracing for something.
These sessions give you a structured space to slow down and notice what’s actually happening beneath the surface.
As you build awareness, you also build choice: the ability to pause instead of react, to respond to pressure with more steadiness, and to relate to yourself with compassion. Over time, that shift creates more energy, clarity, and freedom to focus on what matters most.
It’s not therapy, and it’s not about digging endlessly into the past. It’s about how you show up for yourself today, noticing what’s alive inside your body, mind, and heart, and starting to shift it in real, tangible ways.
Who can benefit from Trauma-Informed Coaching?
Trauma-informed coaching is for anyone who wants to feel lighter, calmer, and more in control of their life. But I find it helps most when:
⦿ You get stuck in your own head. Maybe you find yourself looping over the same thoughts, avoiding certain feelings, or feel overwhelmed.
⦿ You feel it in your body. Stress and trauma don’t just live in the mind; they also live in the body. Tight shoulders, shallow breathing, racing thoughts…
⦿ You want a felt sense of calm and possibility. Sometimes knowing intellectually what to do isn’t enough. Coaching gives you the chance to experience clarity, relief, and joy, moments you might not have felt before, and that experience itself keeps the change going.
⦿ You need permission to just be you. A lot of us minimize what we’ve been through or push ourselves to “just get over it.” but sometimes we just need safe space and support to live differently.
Rest to Release™
At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful process: Rest to Release™.
Rest is the practice of pausing - giving your nervous system space to settle, your body room to breathe, and your mind permission to stop bracing.
Release is what naturally follows: letting go of tension, outdated patterns, and ways of being that keep you stuck.
Every session weaves these two together. By resting into awareness, you create the conditions for release. And in releasing, you reclaim energy, clarity, and ease.
My approach is trauma-informed, which means I approach every conversation with care, awareness, and a deep respect for your lived experiences.
I offer one-on-one sessions. My containers include weekly or biweekly sessions, email support, and additional resources. Please note that I currently practice remotely.
