HELLO! I’M RIA

I am a certified trauma - informed coach dedicated to creating a space where you can truly pause, feel seen, and begin to untangle the patterns that keep you stuck. I believe in the quiet power of slowing down, resting with yourself, and allowing space for real change to happen.

My coaching approach is trauma-informed, which means I approach every conversation with care, awareness, and a deep respect for your lived experiences. Trauma doesn’t discriminate - it shows up in all shapes and sizes, in ways we might not always recognize.

My goal is to help you feel connected, aligned, and free to move forward in your life with clarity and calm.

My Professional/Personal Journey

Since 2013, I’ve worked with individuals across different stages of life, including children with developmental needs, families navigating stress and uncertainty, and adults seeking more clarity and ease in their inner world. In each setting, I’ve seen how people can get caught in cycles of worry, pressure, or feeling overwhelmed, but I’ve also witnessed the resilience and light people carry, even after painful experiences. That balance, acknowledging both the weight of struggle and the possibility of growth, continues to shape the way I work today.

I began my journey in India, completing my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology while working closely with children as a special and remedial educator. I collaborated with other professionals to support learning and emotional growth, and I saw firsthand how a dysregulated nervous system could show up as sensory or behavioral challenges, making it harder for us to learn, connect, or feel safe. That experience drew me to explore how our ability to grow, connect, and thrive is grounded in the body and a sense of safety. Over time, I became increasingly drawn to the intersection of psychology, trauma, and holistic approaches.

In this journey, what I found was simple but powerful: awareness is often the first step. Awareness opens space for choice, and choice opens the possibility for change.

I’m originally from India, and a lot of who I am is shaped by its culture. My values of truth, integrity, compassion, and growth show up in how I coach and hold space. I believe we all have wisdom and resilience within us, and with the right support, healing and growth are possible. As a trauma-informed coach in training, I lean into presence, intuition, and human warmth.

I’m endlessly curious about people, cultures, ideas, and the many ways we grow. Travel, philosophy, and deep conversations light me up. But what inspires me most is witnessing the moment someone reconnects with themselves, with clarity, with strength, and with joy.

I believe healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are.
